All 24 Camelot keys
Twelve numbers, two letters. A = minor, B = major. Neighbouring numbers share all but one note, which is the whole trick: the wheel is sorted by how keys sound together, not by pitch.
How to read a Camelot code
8A means position 8, minor — A minor. 8B is position 8, major — C major. Move one step round the wheel (8A → 9A) and you change one note; move across the letter (8A → 8B) and you change none, only the mood. Everything else is distance, and distance is dissonance.
Traktor and Beatport use Open Key notation instead, which counts from A minor = 1m. Both are on every key page below.

Reading it is not hearing it
A table tells you 8A mixes with 9A. It does not tell you what that lift sounds like against the −1 in the other direction, and that is the part that has to be automatic at 2am. The trainer plays both and asks you which one you just heard.
